1. Services

Image Creator provides professional photography services, including but not limited to wedding, pre-wedding, Save The Date, birthday, family portraits, event, and model photography. All services are subject to availability and prior booking.

2. Booking & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after the client pays the required deposit or full payment, as agreed.

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings are charged at the agreed rate.

• Payments can be made via the methods specified by Image Creator.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or phone.

• Refunds of deposits are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), Image Creator reserves the right to reschedule the shoot.

4. Intellectual Property

• All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by Image Creator remain our intellectual property.

• Clients are granted usage rights for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use or redistribution requires written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate during the shoot.

• Any required permissions for locations, props, or models must be obtained by the client.

• Image Creator is not responsible for delays or issues arising from client-provided information or materials.

6. Liability

• Image Creator takes all reasonable care in providing services but is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury during the service.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, equipment failure, or third-party actions.

7. Image Delivery & Editing

• Turnaround times for edited photographs will be communicated during booking and may vary based on the project.

• Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of edits; additional editing may incur extra charges.

8. Privacy

• Image Creator respects client privacy. Personal data will only be used for service delivery and communications.

• By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

10. Changes to Terms

Image Creator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or communication to clients.
